Our Story

From San Luis Potosí to Delaware

San Luis Potosí is a city in central Mexico. It was a major gold and silver mining hub on the Camino Real de Tierra Adentro, a trade route during the mid-16th to the 19th centuries. It’s known for colonial buildings, like the imposing, baroque-era Templo de San Francisco, which dominates the lush Jardín de San Francisco.

San Luis Potosí has a great diversity of food and tourist places that make it a wonderful place. They decided to bring a grain of this incredible land. The Espinosa Hernandez spouses brought it here DELAWARE their original dishes and their indescribable flavor has led them to win recognitions that make us proud as Hispanics.

The closest thing I've come to tasting like back in Cali! Had the al pastor tacos and camarones, absolutely delicious! Can't wait for my next day off to go back and try some different menu items
